Install & update

Install

1. Install and activate The Events Calendar first.
2. Upload MindfulEvents Calendar (mindfulevents-customattributes / release folder) to wp-content/plugins/.
3. Activate the plugin.
4. Visit Events → Attributes to manage custom attributes.
5. Open Events → Settings → MindfulEvents for appearance and behaviour.

Optional: Filter Bar

Install The Events Calendar Filter Bar if you need advanced front-end filters (Languages taxonomy, custom attributes in the bar).

Updates

• Run updates on staging first; verify archive templates and CSV imports after TEC major upgrades.
• Read the GitHub CHANGELOG for breaking template or settings changes.
