Keys can be set at:

• Global — Defaults for all users (admin).
• Team — Shared within a team.
• Personal — Per-user keys.

Supported providers include OpenAI, Anthropic, Google AI Studio, Mistral, OpenRouter, Groq, Perplexity—see in-app lists and mindfulagent README.

Agents

Create agents with:

• System prompts
• Knowledge sources (upload PDF/DOCX/TXT, add URLs, crawl)
• Brand voice alignment

Teams & sharing

Teams allow shared agents, conversations, and folders—configure under MindfulAgent admin UI.

Brand voice

Configure tone and custom instructions for consistent responses.

Usage tracking

Dashboards show API usage and cost estimates—monitor for quota issues.
