Troubleshooting

“No course” or wrong enrolment

  • Verify course_id matches Edwiser eb_course / Moodle ID or LearnDash course post ID.
  • Confirm the user is enrolled in the LMS for Moodle/LearnDash paths.

Check-in AJAX fails

  • Check for JavaScript errors and plugin conflicts on the page.
  • Verify HTTPS for mixed-content issues.
  • If using full-page cache, exclude attendance pages from cache.

QR code does not scan

  • Ensure URL in [attendance_qr] matches the public page URL.
  • Test with multiple QR reader apps.

CSV export empty or blocked

  • Confirm you are logged in as a user allowed to export.
  • Try again after disabling aggressive security plugins temporarily on staging.
