Usage

Setup wizard

Event Sync → Setup Wizard (or first-login redirect):

1. Site role (hub vs country)
2. Hub connection (country sites)
3. Default event sharing
4. Reference pull + centre import country
5. Complete

Country site workflow

1. Pull reference data (centres, teachers, programmes).
2. Create events; map organisers/teachers to pulled records (_mindful_hub_entity_id).
3. Set sharing to global or use Event Manager to push.
4. Check Sync Log for errors.

Hub workflow

1. Maintain centres (with centre_country), teachers, and programmes.
2. Review Event Manager → Pending Approval.
3. Manage satellites under Connected Sites.
4. Review reference proposals under Reference Updates (if proposal mode is enabled).

Venues

Venues are not reference data. They are sent inside the event payload when an event syncs to the hub.
