Install¶
- Install The Events Calendar and MindfulEvents Calendar on hub and country sites.
- Upload MindfulEvents Sync to
wp-content/plugins/— use one folder only (duplicate copies cause activation fatals). - Activate on the hub first; run Setup Wizard and choose International Hub.
- Activate on each country site; choose Centre Site and enter hub URL, API key, HMAC secret, and satellite ID from Event Sync → Connected Sites on the hub.
- On country sites, set Centre import country (Settings → Reference Data or wizard step 4) before the first reference pull.
Site roles¶
| Role | Purpose |

| Hub | Receives global events; publishes reference data; approves pending events |
| Satellite (country site) | Pulls reference data; pushes global events |
Role is stored in mindful_events_sync_site_role (hub or satellite).
