Studio-internal
These pages are behind a shared studio password (client-side, for GitHub Pages). Treat the content as studio-internal. Do not put secrets, API tokens, or customer PII here. This is casual privacy, not compliance-grade access control.
Purpose¶
Studio planning, time, support, WordPress fleet control, meetings, and shared files.
Audience¶
Studio staff: Admin, Support lead, Team Manager, developers, and anyone assigned client work. Admin provisions accounts.

GitHub org access is required only for roles that work support issues. Staff without GitHub still appear on tickets as people:Name labels.
Sources of truth¶
Use the Systems table above. Do not keep a second timesheet in Ops, Deck, or a spreadsheet. Do not treat Deck as a second support board. GitHub holds support tickets only; other client work stays on Nextcloud Deck boards.

Gotchas¶
- MainWP MCP must use
support.mindfuldev.one. Humans usesupport.mindfuldesign.me(Cloudflare Access) for wp-admin. - Wide tables on these pages scroll horizontally on small screens.
