Troubleshooting¶

Subscriptions list bulk actions missing¶

Confirm WooCommerce Subscriptions is active and your user can edit subscriptions.
Check WooCommerce → Settings → Products → Mindful Subscriptions for Allow full suspend if you expect that action.

Delayed start does not charge on start date¶

Verify payment gateway tokenization (saved card) in test mode.
Check subscription next payment and gateway logs.
Rule out caching on checkout.

LMS / Edwiser enrollment out of sync¶

Compare payment holiday (active) vs on-hold (suspended)—bridges may behave differently.
Re-run staging scenarios from the Install checklist.

Legacy plugin notice¶

If wc-delayed-subscription-payment was active, MindfulSubscriptions deactivates it. Remove the old plugin files after a successful migration (see repo MIGRATION.md).
