Usage

Delayed first payment

1. Edit a subscription product (or variation) and set the subscription start / delayed options per your WooCommerce screens.
2. Customer checks out: initial total may be £0 with payment method stored.
3. First charge runs on the configured start date; confirm next_payment on the subscription in admin.

Payment holiday (merchant)

1. Go to WooCommerce → Subscriptions (list view).
2. Select subscriptions and use the bulk action Payment holiday (length from settings).
3. Confirm next payment date moved forward and status remains active where expected.

Payment holiday (customer)

On the single subscription view in My Account, the customer can use Defer next payment (payment holiday) when enabled.

Full suspend (optional)

If Allow full suspend is enabled in settings, bulk Full suspend (on hold) sets subscriptions to on-hold—use when you intentionally want WooCommerce’s suspended state (may affect LMS bridges differently than payment holiday).

Works with MindfulGiftAid

Donations and subscriptions can coexist on the same site; test checkout flows when both plugins are active.
